1.    This Agreement is between you and TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE – Shani-Faye Chambers & Emma Romano (ABN: 62 997 282 062) and relates to your participation in our program known as “Soul Business Alignment”.
 

2.    I acknowledge I am aware that in no way Mindset or Business Coaching is to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. I enter in the mindset training & business coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.
 

3.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator/coach/instructor has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and ask for immediate support appropriately, in a kind and respectful way.
 

4.    As a participant of “Soul Business Alignment” you understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites and other materials are the property of TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE. They are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice. They are education only.
 

5.    “Soul Business Alignment” and the associated materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use unless permission is given otherwise.
 

6.    During the sessions, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information or receiving of confidential information of others. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions/trainings.

7.    Recording is not permitted during the program and associated events. For training purposes, we will record, edit and upload the recordings to our group and/or email you directly for you to access. 
 

8.    It is assumed that this application is completed with the understanding that what is taught within the program remains the copyright of TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE and will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred without our written consent.
 

9.    The program and the materials, usernames and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to, or shared with, anyone outside of Soul Business Alignment.
 

10.     Soul Business Alignment has a 48-hour cooling off period that can be used once the first payment or deposit has been received by TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE. After this period there are no refunds or cancelations or change of mind or any other reason. Deposits are not refundable. Course fees paid are not refundable, however if cancelled prior to commencement of training, the fees are exchangeable for 1:1 coaching or other courses provided by Emma Romano or Shani-Faye Chambers.

11.    If you are on a payment plan, should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. Should the agreed upon course payments not be completed, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and associated Facebook Groups and withhold certification, until payments are up to date.

12.    I agree to conduct myself appropriately and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, SHANI-FAYE CHAMBERS OR EMMA ROMANO reserve the right to cancel my membership

13.    We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.

14.    No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in Soul Business Alignment, the content and materials. In short, the results are not guaranteed as income, wellbeing and lifestyle - results are based on many factors. We do not guarantee or imply that you will be completely healed or cured of any medical condition, or achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe.

15. The Client acknowledges and agrees that where any amounts payable to the Provider under this Agreement remain outstanding and enforcement action is required, the Client shall be liable for, and indemnify the Provider against, all costs and expenses incurred in the recovery of such amounts. This includes, without limitation, debt collection agency fees, legal fees (on a solicitor–client basis), court costs, and any ancillary expenses incurred in the enforcement of the Provider’s rights under this Agreement, in addition to the outstanding debt.

 

16.     I understand that in order to participate in Soul Business Alignment, it is a requirement that I agree to the rules of the Terms and Conditions.
