1.    This Agreement is between you and TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE – Shani-Faye Chambers & Emma Romano and relates to your participation in Release Rewire Inspire Masters.
 

2.    I acknowledge I am aware that in no way Mindset or Business Coaching is to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. I enter in the workshop with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in Release Rewire Inspire Masters, the content and materials. In short, the results are not guaranteed as income, wellbeing and lifestyle. We do not guarantee or imply that you will achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe.

3.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator/coach/instructor has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and ask for immediate support appropriately, in a kind and respectful way.
 

4.    As a participant of Release Rewire Inspire Masters, I understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, documents, and other materials are the property of TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE, for educational purposes and are not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent.

5.    During the sessions, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information or receiving of confidential information of others. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the program.

6.    Recording is not permitted by participants during the program and associated events. For training purposes, where relevant, we will record the sessions and edit and upload the recordings to our group and/or email participants directly for you and other participants to access. 

7.    Release Rewire Inspire Masters includes shared accommodation at an AirBNB location. By signing this agreement you agree to be respectful of the venue, to be mindful of the neighbours, and to leave the property in a tidy manner on check out. You also agree to be respectful of your fellow housemates & participants and to behave in a respectful manner. Any behaviour which is regarded as aggressive or unsafe towards yourself or others may result in your eviction from the venue and this program.

8.    Release Rewire Inspire Masters is an alcohol and drug-free event as intoxication can effect the energetic processes and undermine your results. Please honour yourself and your journey by respecting this rule, including after hours, for the duration of the event.  Some medications may also affect your ability to participate in some of the processes. Please advise Shani & Emma on your medical form if you are taking any prescription medications.
 

9.    There is a 48 hour cooling off period from the date of first payment and acceptance of T&C. After this period, all course fees paid are not refundable. Course fees paid can be transferred to 1:1 sessions or other courses or programs by TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE only if cancelled prior to commencement of course and before receiving any course content.
 

10.    If you select to go on a payment plan, you are required to activate the payment plan prior to the workshop commencing and adhere to the terms of the payment plan agreement. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. Should the agreed upon course payments not be completed, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and associated Facebook Groups and withhold certification, until payments are up to date.

11.    Because coaching and training should not be performed under certain medical or psychological conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical, psychological or psychiatric conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the Facilitators updated as to any changes in my medical profile during the workshop and agree that there shall be no liability on the Facilitators of the workshop. I further acknowledge that a possible consequence of the said workshop is that one or a number of previously hereto unknown medical or psychological conditions might arise, or be uncovered and hereby indemnify the Facilitators in the event of such occurrences. I further indemnify the Facilitators from any costs or injuries arising from or as a consequence of the workshop. 

13.   In signing this form, I release the Facilitators, Shani Faye-Chambers & Emma Romano and all involved parties from any claims or responsibility for injuries suffered at Release Rewire Inspire Masters Retreat.
 

14.    We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.

15. The Client acknowledges and agrees that where any amounts payable to the Provider under this Agreement remain outstanding and enforcement action is required, the Client shall be liable for, and indemnify the Provider against, all costs and expenses incurred in the recovery of such amounts. This includes, without limitation, debt collection agency fees, legal fees (on a solicitor–client basis), court costs, and any ancillary expenses incurred in the enforcement of the Provider’s rights under this Agreement, in addition to the outstanding debt.

16.     I understand that in order to participate in Release Rewire Inspire, it is a requirement that I agree to the rules of the Terms and Conditions.
