1.    This Agreement is between you and TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE – Shani-Faye Chambers & Emma Romano (ABN: 62 997 282 062) and relates to your participation in the Legacy Activation Masterclass.
 

2.    I acknowledge I am aware that in no way Mindset or Business Coaching is to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. I enter in the workshop with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in Legacy Activation Masterclass, the content and materials. In short, the results are not guaranteed as income, wellbeing and lifestyle. We do not guarantee or imply that you will achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe.

3.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator/coach/instructor has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and ask for immediate support appropriately, in a kind and respectful way.
 

4.    As a participant of the Legacy Activation Masterclass I understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, documents, and other materials are the property of TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE, for educational purposes and are not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent.

 

5.    During the masterclass, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information or receiving of confidential information of others. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the masterclass.

6.    Recording is not permitted by participants during the program and associated events. For replay purposes, we will record the masterclass, edit and upload the recordings for only you and the other participants, to our private Facebook group and/or email participants directly to access. If you do not wish to be on the live recording, you may opt to have your camera off during the masterclass or watch the replay instead.
 

7.     Course fees paid are not refundable, as once paid, you will be given access to the workbook & zoom link and the replay video after the live event.

8.    We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.

9.     I understand that in order to participate in Legacy Activation Masterclass, it is a requirement that I agree to the rules of the Terms and Conditions.

 

10.The Client acknowledges and agrees that where any amounts payable to the Provider under this Agreement remain outstanding and enforcement action is required, the Client shall be liable for, and indemnify the Provider against, all costs and expenses incurred in the recovery of such amounts. This includes, without limitation, debt collection agency fees, legal fees (on a solicitor–client basis), court costs, and any ancillary expenses incurred in the enforcement of the Provider’s rights under this Agreement, in addition to the outstanding debt.
