1.    This Agreement is between you and TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE – Shani-Faye Chambers & Emma Romano (ABN: 62 997 282 062) and relates to your participation in the Complete Body Reverence program.
 

2.    I acknowledge I am aware that in no way Mindset or Business Coaching is to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. I enter in the workshop with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in Complete Body Reverence, the content and materials. In short, the results are not guaranteed as income, wellbeing and lifestyle. We do not guarantee or imply that you will achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe.

3.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator/coach/instructor has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and ask for immediate support appropriately, in a kind and respectful way.
 

4.    As a participant of Complete Body Reverence, I understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video trainings, manuals, information, documents, and other materials are the property of TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE, for educational purposes and are not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent.

 

5.    During the sessions, you may be included in the sharing of confidential information or receiving of confidential information of others. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the masterclass.

6.    Recording is not permitted by participants during the program and associated events. For replay purposes, we will record the sessions edit and upload the recordings to our group and/or email participants directly for you and other participants to access. If you do not wish to be on the live recording, you may opt to have your camera off during the sessions or watch the replay instead.
 

7.    There is a 48hour cooling off period from date of first payment. After this period, course fees paid are not refundable (as once T&C is accepted, the course content will be available to you, which you will have lifetime access to within the Facebook groups) but can be transferred instead to 1:1 sessions or other courses or programs by TEMPLE OF DIVINE INTELLIGENCE if cancelled prior to receiving course content.
 

8.    If you are on a payment plan, you are required to adhere to the terms of the payment plan agreement. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. Should the agreed upon course payments not be completed, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and associated Facebook Groups and withhold certification, until payments are up to date.
 

9.    We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.

10.     I understand that in order to participate in Complete Body Reverence, it is a requirement that I agree to the rules of the Terms and Conditions.
